Nashville, TN — First Media Communications, Inc. today announced the launch of its newly designed, expanded webcasting portal, the WorldCast Network®.

The redesigned webcasting portal, which currently features 24/7 music streams from the company's Radio Oasis (SM) adult rock channel and from the Internet's leading independent music streaming brand, Club 977, provides online listeners with a variety of format choices and related content and retail links.  The company offers both low and high bandwidth options for its featured webcasting streams, and plans to expand its offerings to include additional audio and video streams in the future, as well as portable "podcast" versions of its most popular entertainment and news offerings.

The WorldCast Network® was first launched in 2001 as a companion music portal to the company's Music Direct e-commerce division.
